There is an automatic gate leading to the property. This luxury house has five bedrooms, a media room, and the step down bar with an aquarium backdrop. The master bedroom has one balcony and offers an extraordinary view on the city. In addition there is a music room and an art studio. I love the interior design, everything is very colorful and cheerful. You can see how welcoming is the media room. The study room has a library on one entire wall. Does Ryan read all those books? I don’t like the kitchen. I recognize this is a very modern and elegant kitchen, small and welcoming. The dining room has a beautiful view and a unique design gave by the huge painting on the wall. The outdoor space includes an outdoor kitchen, a sauna, a canopied, swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a spa and walls of flowing water. I love the idea of the canopied near the pool, this is very cozy and seems to invite you to loafing a little in the afternoon.
